Contacting SiteBrowser author
Most easy way to contact me is through e-mail. Write me at Mark S.
Novojilov <lordmark@lordmark.de>.
You may write in English, German or Russian.
As a registered user of SiteBrowser you are granted of my full support per e-mail (usually within 24 hours). Non-registered user must excuse me if I don't have time to answer your questions or if my answers come too late. The only alternative for you is looking through documentation and examples.
If you want report a bug, or can't get applet or a feature of it
working, put a detailed enough description of your problem and provide your html and tree
files as attachments or URL where I can see them. Mails like "Applet not working!
Help!" or "Your applet have errors!" with no additional information will be
most likely ignored.
Also before you write me a mail, look through SiteBrowser FAQ.
If you like just say "thank you" but can't afford registration, your small comment is still welcome. If you plan to use SiteBrowser on your page, please have time to drop me a small note with URL of your site. I am just curious.
Few words about myself. I am 25 year old student of computer science at the University of Trier in Germany (will most likely graduate this summer..hehe). My favorite language and development environment is Visual C++. Other current projects concern 3D graphics (for my first degree) and neuronal nets. First version of this applet I wrote just for fun (yes I know people that write applets just for fun ARE CRAZY :-) ). After seeing it's rather unexpected success on Java Boutique, I decided to write a really appealing applet, and I hope my effort was successful.
